Hand full Sweet Pea

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean the cauliflower and drain it.
    - Break the drained cauliflower into small pieces, blending the cauliflowers with lower speed.
    - Mincing gingers and garlic
    - Dicing carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and bacons
    - Whisking an egg with a pinch of salt

    - Install top gear first
    - Preheat AirGO stir fry function 420F 15 minutes
    - After preheat, add oil in the pan and scramble egg with open lid heat.
    - Until the egg being solid, bring them into a plate and ready to use.

    - Add oil, garlic, ginger, bacon, carrots,sweet peas, onions, salt and cauliflowers in the pan cook until 2 minutes left, then add cooked scramble egg in the pan and cooking together until times up.
