    Salmons Flakes are most for Japanese style of dish, it can be top of steamed rice, pasta,  rolled omelet ( tamagoyaki) , rice ball for kids or salad.

    Its so easy to make this in the AirGO without fishy smell in the whole house.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Sprinkle salt over the salmon fillets and set aside for 15 mins,
    - After 15mins ( before airfry), use paper towel to remove excess moisture from the salmon.

    Cooking with AirGO (Airfry)

    - Install top stir gear in the AirGO for use later ( when start to drying process)
    - Set AirGO Airfry function for 400 F about 10 mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheating, place the salmon in the pan and cook until times up, or being flake, remove the skin and bone if there are any.
    - Remove the parchment paper. add sesame oil , sake, mirin with salmon while using fork to slightly mash salmon into flaky

    Cooking with AirGO ( Robotic Stir Fry)

    - Install the robotic spatula in the middle of the pan.
    - Set AirGO Robotic Stir fry function for 300F about 15mins, this step is for let the moisture evaporate.
    - After times up, sprinkle sesame seeds, set aside to let it cool. Store in the airtight jar once salmon is completely cool.
