    Function: Grill
    Temperature: 420F
    Time: 8 minutes for 1 piece

    Please note, we recommend only 1 piece of steak at a time in AirGO if steak is relative large, to achieve the best sear.  If too much content is placed into the pan, the searing/charring effect may not be achieve as it may drop the temp of the pan too fast.

    Prepare

    Rub the steak with spices and marinate. Leave at room temp for 30min.

    Start AirGO

    Press [power] button to turn on AirGO.
    Press [function] button to select “Grill”.
    Keep temperature setting at “420F”.
    Adjust time to “10” minutes.
    Press [start] button. The AirGO starts preheating, and the display shows “PrE”.

    AirGO Beeps (Preheat complete)

    After preheating completes, allow your AirGO continue to heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then place your steak in the cooking pan. This additional heating helps searing the steak.

    Flip indicator sounds (>1/2 way)

    When the flip reminder goes off, turn over the steak.

    Final beep to indicate finish

    When cooking time is completed, the LED displays “End” with 4 long beeps. Remove the steak from the pan.
    If desire more doneness, simply press start. This will auto set timer to 3 min on the same temperature setting. Time can be changed again by pause and +/- timer.

    To cook 2nd steak, we can Power off, and repeat step 2 again
