    This is a multi-nutrition dish for vegetarian, It including King Oyster Mushroom which has unique aroma after grilled, Bokchoy which had vitamins and fibs, and healthy proteins from soy bean.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Hand shred king oyster mushroom, toss with 1tbs of oil, and set aside ready for use later
    - Clean and drain Bokchoy, and cut in small pieces
    - Slice a chili for heat flavor (optional)
    - Slice about 3 cloves of garlics

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 420 F about 10 mints with lined parchment paper.
    - After heating, add prepared king oyster mushroom and garlic in the pan evenly and grill for 10mins with flip in the middle. ( you will see the king oyster mushroom turning golden brown)
    - Then, change the temperature to 400 F and add time for 5 mins, add bokchoy, chili, salt and sugar mixing will cook until times up.
    - add about 1 cup of frozen soy bean in the pan mixing together and cook for another 8 mins.
