2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Cooking wine
1tbs Oil

    This receipt actually called oil braised river shrimp (油爆河虾) ,just like the name it should use at lease 1 cup of oil deep fry the shrimp in original receipt. since we’ve got AirGo air fry,  let’s make cooking a lot healthy and fun. Here we only need 1 table spoon of oil and save most of job to clean kitchen.

    My tips of this, you need drain the shrimp well, you can line on some kitchen towel to absorb extra water.

    Preparation

    - clean and drain shrimp very well.
    - slice gingers
    - chop green onion
    -making sauce: add soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine microwave for 15s, its just for the sugar to be easier dissolved.

    Air fry function

    Preheat Air fry function to 375F 10mins with oil and ginger.
    add prepared shrimp and half of green onion ( I prefer white part of green onion) mix evenly in the pan.
    cover the lid for 5 mins then add sauce until it done.
