Airfried Black Bean Garlic Sauced ribs

    Black bean garlic sauced ribs is a famous steam dish from south east of China ,which you can find in Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant.   The original dish is a time-consuming.  So, I used AirGO air-fry function to make this dish in short amount of time. No need oil, no messy in kitchen and its yummy as well.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut ribs tip in small pieces
    - Add corn starch, mixing well
    - Add black bean garlic sauce and sugar with rib tips,
    - Mix all together and evenly

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO airfry function 420F for 20 mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheating, place all the ribs in the pan evenly, turn over when the LED shows " FLIP"
    - Cook until times up
